Based on Dr. Bill Thierfelder’s tour of the Hall of Human Origins at the American Museum of Natural History, this program explores the earliest members
of the hominin lineage. “Lucy,” “Turkana Boy,” and other world-famous fossils, as well as species like Homo erectus whose members survived in Africa
and Asia for nearly two million years are highlighted. Learn about your distant cousins and how we became the last human group standing.
