We’re here for you.
Friendly House provides programs and services for everyone, from preschoolers to older adults. All of our services are offered for free or on a sliding fee scale, to ensure a welcoming and equitable space for all.
Preschool
Full-day classes for ages 3-5.
Summer & Winter Camps
Activities-based day camps for elementary–age kids.
Lifelong Learning
Classes on history, music, technology, culture and more provided by expert instructors.
Elder Pride Services
Services and advocacy for LGBTQ+ older adults.
Community Outreach Programming
Dedicated programs for low-income communities through partnership with Home Forward.
After School
Enriching after school care for Chapman Elementary students.
Fitness
Fun and accessible classes, a full-court gymnasium, and a fully equipped workout room to keep you in top shape.
Community Nights
Family-friendly activities and free use of our community center facilities every Friday night.
Senior Services
Case management, information & referral, and other life-sustaining services for older adults in Multnomah County.

Monday–Thursday: 7am–7pm
Friday: 7am–8pm
Saturday: 8:30am–4pm
Sunday: Closed

Free access to showers is available from 6–8pm on Friday nights, with the last chance to sign up for showers at 7pm.
Preschool Hours:
Monday–Friday: 8am–2:15pm
Extended Childcare until 6pm
