Planning With Pride: An End-of-Life Series for the LGBTQ+ Community (Part Two)

Join a panel of end-of-life practitioners for a virtual discussion of life and death, choice and meaning. This four-part series will address important topics on end of life planning and preparedness, with a compassionate lens on the LGBTQ+ community. Come with an open mind, your curiosity and your questions. Each segment will include a presentation by community death care providers with ample time after for questions and conversation.
Part Two: The Dying Time
Learn about hospice and palliative care; support during serious illness and dying; education around medical aid in dying and creating a vigil plan.
