EPS: Dr. Bill Presents “Sacagawea”

March 25 @ 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

As a Lemhi Shoshone woman only in her teens, Sacagawea was instrumental in helping the Lewis and Clark Expedition. Sacagawea traveled with the expedition thousands of miles from North Dakota to the Pacific Ocean and helped to establish cultural contacts with Native American people as well as shared knowledge of the natural history in different regions. This program focuses on highlights from her life’s amazing journeys.
