Pilates is a method of exercise designed to strengthen your body. However, if we only look at it as this we might miss its true purpose. Pilates was created to build INTEGRITY in our body. In other words, to properly strengthen the human body we must build it as a whole, not on body parts alone.
Join BASI Certified Pilates Instructor and NASM Personal Trainer Mike Chalfin as he guides you through a basic mat class highlighting alignment, proper muscle focus, and true integration in our bodies using the Pilates Method. Experienced participants will benefit tremendously in this back-to-basics workshop while newbies will learn the
method’s true intention. This workshop welcomes all levels of fitness.
